There are some who might argue that Turco in net on Team Canada 2 over Thomas and Campbell over Jack Johnson on Defence.
Personally, I like my choices for Team Canada #1.
Anyone who disagrees?
I like your teams - but really, with Canada 'Team 2' has pretty good shot at Gold too so almost any mix of players should win us the Gold.
FYI - Thomas is American.
Yay, Turco over Thomas as he is American...Ward or Mason in goal?
Also worth pointing out that Jack Johnson is American too.
Here's my Team Canada:
1st line:
Iginla/Crosby/St Louis
2nd:
Marleau/Thornton/Heatley
3rd:
Nash/Getzlaf/Perry
4th
Doan/M.Richards/Morrow
Spare: Toews
D:
1st Pronger/Nidermayer
2nd Bouwmeester/Regehr
3rd Keith/Seabrook
Boyle (powerplay specialist)
G: Brodeur/Luongo/Fleury
Ya, kick that Nash bum off the first line! ok, he's not a bum - I just like his replacement is all.
Hey Cam, I'd be happy to take Lecavalier off your hands. It must be frustrating to know he likely isn't going to make the Team...he and Stamkos can complain together about this travesty.
Yay, that's why Jack Johnson out and Campbell in as in my 1st post...
