Hey all,
Since the links to documents are no longer, and since there have been revisions in recent years, anyone able to update and post the Covenant rules? Also for clarification, when is it allowed to trade PrD picks for the 2012 draft? On draft day before the ED starts?

You can already trade 2012 PD picks. You can not trade 2013 picks until after the 2012 Playoffs
I've emailed out the most recent covenant. And to echo Rob - we've already been trading 2012 picks all summer :-)
