As of this writing, nowhere. I have yet to recieve any votes. I will put together an e-mail/post congregating all of the proposals for GMs to vote on shortly.
As I wrote in my latest email to the league, you cavote on the blog, disciss more on the blog ore vore privately by sending your vote to cameron severedheads@shaw.ca or myself at b0bc@yahoo.com.
Vote deadline: Sept 4 at minight mst.
