Week 10 Begins With New Omnivore Head

The WD1 draft order is now set so the Shadowmen waste no time moving back up the standings - up three spots to 4th. The Highlanders gain a few points on the pack but the lead group is still all tightly bunched but the gap from first to last is approaching 75pts.

The Omnivore stats are not reviewed daily, so sometimes changes are not noted right away. Having just re-reviewed the baseline rosters we now have a new logo on the statsboard, that of the Severed Heads who may not have improved their team but at least have harmed it the least.

Until tomorrow, trade lines are open...

So when is the official cut off to submit final WD drops?

Hi Dan,

From the Covanent:

"27. By 12:00 noon (Mountain time) on the Friday prior to the start of each Waiver Draft GMs must release all unprotected players from their Team and have them exposed for selection by other GMs. After that time, until the WD has started, the released players are officially no longer on their prior team, and as such, once released, these players can no longer be traded. No changes to release of unprotected players are allowed after this deadline. GMs may only protect an Active Line-up minus two players irrespective of position. A GM may not expose a FP. Prospects that have not been promoted are automatically protected."

Thanks for reminding me on this. I'll send it out as an e-mail.

So, what if I have 2 prospects and 2 FPs at Left Wing? Do I waive no one?

Ah, it says "Prospect that have NOT been promoted". If you have promoted two prospects at LW and have two FPs at LW then, yes, you would have to expose at least one prospect.
