Entering my line-up today I realized I hadn't put out the Challenge Cup Schedule. Well, here it is.
With the World Cup pushing the season start to October 12th the season is only 26 weeks long. Last six weeks are for the playoffs so the Christmas break (Week 11) and the All Star Break (Week 16) are our shortest weeks and hence the two neutral-site games. No All Star Game for the FunHL this year.
Interesting twist to the condensed season will see the NHL Deadline, March 1st, and the FunHL Deadline, March 6th, take place after the Challenge Cup playoffs have already started.
