Proposal #2 - Elimination of Waiver Draft #2 ONLY

For those wanting to keep things very simple, a stand alone change:

Abolish WD2 and set a single WD each year for the second Saturday in December

Usual protection/drops rules apply; Waiver Wire, IR penalties would also still apply

Thank you,

Bob

no....I still like the draft but am interested in making it more worth while or moving to evenings instead. We need to eliminate the call in situation. That is the biggest delay. Either draft yourself or arrange a proxy.

Vote No. If WD2 goes then other changes needed too

The Shadow votes NO.

Rob voted no, then left comment

Templar votes YES, but unlimited Prospect movement must be in place to offset lack of player movement created by this void.

The proposal states that there would continue to be a cost prior to WD1 then no cost aftrer WD1 (as per current rules before WD1 + before WD2 /// then after WD2)

Eliminating WD2 would need to carry forth with unlimited prospect movement, and elimination of rule 35 in order to work.

Hence the dilemma of trying to change one feature or rule in isolation, since the ramifications spill over into other rules (eg IR, WW, prospect promotion).

So Mike Getta, Is your vote No, then, based your last comment, or Yes.

I am somewhere in between.
NO if we are not able to fill the void with a form prospect movement.
YES if we are able to fill the void with a form of prospect movement.

At this juncture, there are more NO votes then required to pass, regardless of how I cast my vote.

I must make the caviat of limited Prospect movement be part of removing WD2 be heard, and part of the proposal.
