Only two games last night in the NHL means very little change in the FunHL standings. The Highlanders continue to hold a small lead atop the Predator Cup standings over the Bladerunners while the Scourge look poised to immortalize their first year with the Herbivore.

The Challenge Cup playoffs are starting to sort themselves out with the Bladerunners officially in the post-season party and the Shadowmen, Severed Heads and Highlanders all but mathematically assured a reservation.

In the Omnivore, there are two +30 teams with the Shadowmen currently holding the title of "Most Improved" just ahead of the Bladerunners while at least three more teams are flirting with officially noted improvement. The Wolves are the current holders of last place in the Omnivore standings, a sad indictment of the management team that left the draft with the third best squad and may have squandered their best chance at a title in years.
