So to be clear, if we eliminate the WW then players dropped in the promotion of a prospect are unavailable until the ensuing WD?
Dan, yes. It would be reverting to back before we had the Waiver Wire (which I don't think was all that long ago - but then again, I sometimes think I was childless a "couple" of years ago so my memory is a poor indicator of time).
I vote for removing the wavier wire entirely so when a player is dropped he is not available to be picked up next week or any week thereafter.
Kill the waiver wire. With predjudice.
Opposed. Willing to discuss a compromise before draft starts Sat, but not in support of cancelling entirely as a stand alone change.
