Good news for Pens, Blades, NHL and Malkin

Bad news for everyone else...Malkin has officially given his 2 weeks to his Russian club team in order to negotiate his rookie contract with the Pens according to his agent. Further, in spite of the lack of country to country transfer agreement, individuals like Malkin can leave their teams when their Russian contracts are up and free to move...the NHL, and others agrees on the legality and Malkin thinks he'll in the NHL with 95% certainty with Pittsburgh in Oct'06.
