  7. The Shadowmen preys to reign..next year?

A Japanese Group of Lenders backed the Shadow's 'ole pal The Yakaza made an offer involving selling bonds to Japan's business community in order to raise enough money to make an offer on buying the Team from the League of Shadows. The Shadowmen knowing of the frustrations of likely finishing in the top 4 but no hardware and being out foxed by the Scourge had quietly put notice for sale but NOW, they are determined as ever to "Sacrifice the Future" and battle on next year and in years to win again.

The response to the Japanese included an Earthquake and a Nuclear Meltdown...Anger from the Shadow over the similarity of their idea like the one in Phoenix in the NHL...maybe a bit too destructive.

  9. Hey Doug:

Coming up to Endgame for the official 20th year of the FUNHL.

Looks like a Scourge triple crown!

I'll come up with a playoff pool soon - two kinds, 1) Pick a bunch of players and see who can tell the future better and 2) A time for our playoff draft...

So Stats are easier with no trades...When the playoffs begin, we ALL can start anew...hehe

I guess The League of Shadows were pretty harsh[?evil?] with the Japan offer but we want phoenix back in Winnipeg...(probably never happens)

Good Luck and Good Night, Doug
