Why switch Washington and Nashville. They are fine in their divisions. I would put Pit and Phi with Bos, Mon, Ott leaving the three NY teams with Tor and Ham
Can't just add Hamilton to the Norris without removing another team... sort of screws up regular season match-ups. I agree moving BUF to fight vs the other NY teams might be best way to go but really doesn't matter overall. What about just getting rid of the Leafs altogether and let TO start over with a brand new team?

or move buf [a NY team] to play with 2 other NY teams, nj, phi and pit
more logical.
